Held on Mondays mornings at 6:30AM from the comfort of your home, join me for a 60 minute mindful yoga class with guided meditation via Zoom.

This class combines Hatha and restorative styles with an emphasis on breath-strengthening and present-moment awareness to guide towards deeper physical & emotional release.

Improve your posture, sleep, immunity and energy with a consistent practice.
