Your Mindfulness Journey Starts Here

Join me every Monday @ 6:30PM at Pemuluwy Park (near the tennis courts) for a free 45 minute community yoga class.
This class combines the power of yoga and mindfulness to set a positive light on the week ahead and cleanse your energy from the week before.
In the first 35 minutes, you will move through a relaxing movement meditation in Hatha style and end your practice with a 10 minute guided mindfulness meditation.
Bring a friend, meet like-minded people, and create a new positive Monday habit!
Bring Your Own:
Wear comfortable clothing and consider SPF and sunnies.
