Yoga & Sound Healing Workshop

In the midst of a busy, modern world, give yourself the gift of release and stillness.

This 75-minute workshop blends mindful movement and vibrational healing to help you manage stress and reconnect to your inner calm.

We begin with 30 minutes of grounding Hatha yoga to enhance flexibility and mobility, deepen body awareness, and release built-up tension. Then, melt into 30 minutes of sound healing designed to clear energetic blockages, quiet the mind, and leave you feeling lighter—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

15 minutes of journaling and Q&A to integrate and reflect post-experience.
